    Acceptance

    I hereby undertake to abide by the rules and policies of the Torrens Rowing Club Inc. (“the Club”) contained in the Constitution of Torrens Rowing Club (Rules) and any by-laws or decisions made by the Club’s committee pursuant to the powers given to it by such rules whilst I remain a member of the Club. Membership to Torrens Rowing Club is not transferable and not refundable.

    Payment of the Fees and Subscriptions is taken by the Club as an agreement to the above. Annual subscription is due and payable by 1st July and is valid until 30th June of the following year.
