The program is run over four sessions on Sunday mornings. No previous experience is necessary. On water training is conducted on the Torrens Lake, just north of Adelaide’s CBD.
The minimum age for these courses is 18 years and the cost is $100.  Participants need to be able to swim 50 metres in light clothing and be at ease in the water.
Three programs are scheduled in February, May and October.  The dates for the next program in 2019 are:
October 20 and 27 and November 3 and 10.
After completing the Learn to Row program,  participants have the option to continue with the club with a 3 month provisional membership. After the provisional period, full membership can follow with a range of squad training sessions for those who would like to compete and those who enjoy the activity for fitness and recreation. The Learn to Row courses are designed for adult learning and provide a relaxed, professional and friendly environment.
