Help for the TRC boat booking service

SIGN UP
You are required to be a registered user to access the TRC boat booking service. Click/tap the Register button.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Reset it here link. You will receive an email a few minutes later with further instructions. Some email servers may assess this email as spam, so check your spam folder. If you do not receive this email, please email the webmaster@torrensrowingclub.com.au.

LOG IN
To access the TRC boats, click/tap the Login button and enter your username and password.
Note that you will only stay logged in for 10 minutes, so please complete your bookings within this time. If you are already logged in and within the 10 minute limit,, you can click the Already logged? Continue link.

MAKE A BOOKING

After you log in, you will see a list of boat classes - Eights, Fours and Quads, Pairs and Doubles and Single sculls. Click/Tap on the boat class you require.
You will then see a list of boats in the selected class, so click/tap the name of the boat you require.
You will see a calendar for the selected boat. This will show the name of the boat you have selected, a monthly calendar and a list of available 2 hour time slots. Any time slot that has been already booked will be "greyed out"
You will also see an email input field, and the location of the boat (West Lakes or Torrens).
At the bottom of the screen you will see details of any existing booking (the date, time slot and email address of the person who made the booking).
To make a booking, select the day and then select the time required. This preliminary booking will be listed below the calendar. Note that you can only make 5 advance bookings for your selected boat.
If you enter the wrong date/time, click Cancel to remove this selection.
When you have completed your booking(s) for this boat, enter your email address in the email input field. Double click in this field to see the most recent email addresses used and select the one that you need.
Click the Request Booking button. You will be returned to the boat list so you can make further bookings with a different boat..
After a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming the booked date and time(s) for your boat.
If you need to cancel your boat booking, please reply to the confirmation email with a request to cancel.
