Torrens Rowing Club runs both Senior and Junior Learn to Row programs throughout the year. 

Senior Learn to Row

Senior Learn to Row

The program is run over four sessions on Sunday mornings. No previous experience is necessary. On water training is conducted on the Torrens Lake, just north of Adelaide’s CBD.
The minimum age for these courses is 18 years and the cost is $100.
Three programs are scheduled in February, May and October.
After completing the Learn to Row program,  participants have the option to continue with the club with a 3 month provisional membership. After the provisional period, full membership can follow with a range of squad training sessions for those who would like to compete and those who enjoy the activity for fitness and recreation. The Learn to Row courses are designed for adult learning and provide a relaxed, professional and friendly environment.

Junior Learn to Row

Junior Learn to RowFor younger people under 18, we provide safe, supervised and friendly Junior Learn to Row programs. The cost is $100.

Winter program for school rowers

This program is designed for athletes already engaged with rowing at their school. It will enhance and test your boat skills and fitness in preparation for the transition from school to senior rowing.
Enrollments for the 2019 program are closed. Details of and fees for the next winter program will be released in 2020.
